1- If the item is being sent wrongly by mistake then a full refund will be issued. Item should only be posted by cheapest postage option like Royal Mail 2nd class or Hermes Courier
2-Goods must be returned ‘AS SOLD’ in the original packaging complete ‘AS NEW’.                                                                   3- If customer changed his/her mind after purchase the item and its not the opened then Refund has been issued after deducting the postage we paid to our courier to maximum 5.00 GBP depending on the parcel weight
4- If customer changed his/her mind after purchase the item and item been opened then refund has been issued after deducting the postage we paid to our courier plus a 15% restocking fee.
5- If the bedding product washed before checking any fault then no return will be accepted
6 . No return will be accepted without the original packaging and no refund will be given
