1- Any Damaged item must be nofitied and return within 14 working days from the delivery date.
2-If the item is being sent wrongly by mistake then a full refund will be issued. Item should only be posted by cheapest postage option like Royal Mail 2nd class or Hermes Courier
3-Goods must be returned ‘AS SOLD’ in the original packaging complete ‘AS NEW’.
4- If customer changed his/her mind after purchase the item and its not the opened then Refund has been issued after deducting the postage we paid to our courier
5- If the bedding product washed before checking any fault then no return will be accepted
6 . No return will be accepted without the original packaging and no refund will be given
